2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 6439 as follows:

3 on page 1, immediately below line 6, by inserting the
4 following:
5 "(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2012)";
6 and

7 on page 3, line 5, after the period, by inserting "This Section
8 is repealed on January 1, 2012.".
