AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 6153

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 6153 as follows:

on page 1, line 12, immediately after "utilities," by inserting

"electric cooperatives,"; and

on page 1, line 16, immediately after "3-105" by inserting 
6
"of"; and
 
7
on page 1, line 17, immediately  after "Act;" by inserting 
8
""electric cooperative" has the same meaning as under Section 
9
