1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 6148
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 6148 on page 3, line
3 5, by replacing "20%" with "$350 ~~20%~~"; and

4 on page 3, line 6, by replacing "80%" with "$400 ~~80%~~"; and

5 on page 3, line 10, after "$1,000", by inserting ", and the
6 circuit clerk shall distribute $200 to the law enforcement
7 agency that made the arrest and $800 to the State Treasurer for
8 deposit into the General Revenue Fund".
