1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 6030
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 6030 as follows:

3 on page 2, line 1, by deleting "and"; and

4 on page 2, line 3, by replacing "products." with "products;
5 and"; and

6 on page 2, immediately below line 3, by inserting the
7 following:

8         "(5) developing, expanding, or retooling a
9     manufacturing facility to produce renewable energy or
10     energy efficiency products or components.".
