AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5951

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5951 on page 9, by replacing lines 12 through 15 with the following:

"appropriate to any governmental entity or program that has been adversely affected by a defendant. The Attorney General, if necessary, shall"; and

on page 15, by replacing lines 9 through 12 with the following: "considers appropriate to any governmental entity or program that has been adversely affected by a defendant. The Attorney"; and

On page 16, by replacing lines 14 through 17 with the following: "settlement that it considers appropriate to any governmental entity or program that has been adversely affected by a defendant.".
