AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5948

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5948 on page 4, line 
3
22, immediately after "season." by inserting "Both intranasal 
4
and injectable vaccines shall be offered. A parent or guardian 
5
may specify verbally or in writing the vaccine to be 
6
