2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5868, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 2, on page 29, by replacing lines 20 through 23 with the
5 following:
6 "(d) Six ~~A majority of the~~ Board members shall constitute a
7 quorum. A ~~vacancy in the membership of the Board shall not~~
8 ~~impair the right of a~~ quorum is required to exercise all of the
9 rights and perform all of the duties of the Board.".
