1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5483
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5483 on page 1, in
3 line 7, by replacing "Minutes" with "Minutes; right to speak";
4 and

5 on page 4, by inserting below line 20 the following:

6 "(g) Any person shall be permitted an opportunity to
7 address public officials at meetings subject to this Act under
8 the rules established and recorded by the public body.".
