1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5394
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5394, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
4 1, on page 7, by replacing lines 8 and 9 with the following:
5 "local ordinance, except Section 11-14 of the Criminal Code of
6 1961 or"; and

7 on page 7, by replacing lines 16 through 18 with the following:
8 "or a similar provision of a local ordinance;"; and

9 on page 8, by replacing lines 3 through 5 with the following:
10                 "(i) the charge results in acquittal or
11             dismissal;".
