6 on page 3, line 5, by replacing "persons." with "persons;"; and

7 on page 3, line 6, by replacing "When" with "when"; and

8 on page 3, line 6, by replacing "law." with "law; or"; and

9 on page 3, line 7, by replacing "When" with "when"; and

10 on page 3, line 7, after "required", by inserting "or allowed".
