1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5095
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5095 on page 1, line
3 5, immediately after "Act" by inserting the following:
4 "(which supersedes the White Cane Law)"; and

5 on page 5, line 11, by replacing "in giving effect to them;"
6 with "to ensure that the policies are upheld;"; and

7 on page 9, immediately below line 4, by inserting the
8 following:

9     "(775 ILCS 30/Act rep.)
10     Section 90. The White Cane Law is repealed.".
