AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5071

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5071 on page 10, by replacing lines 24 through 26 with the following:

""Regular employee" means a person working at a consistent interval over time an average of 20 hours per week for a person or entity who would be considered as an employee under the Internal Revenue Service eleven main tests in three categories being behavioral control, financial control and the type of relationship of the parties, formerly the twenty factor test."; and

by deleting lines 1 through 3 on page 11.
