3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
4 2, by replacing line 21 on page 4 with the following:

5 "any law to the contrary. However, the provisions of this
6 Section shall not apply to appointments made under Article 1A
7 of the Illinois Election Code.".
