1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5057
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5057 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The University of Illinois Exercise of
5 Functions and Duties Law of the Civil Administrative Code of
6 Illinois is amended by changing Section 3000-1 as follows:

7     (110 ILCS 355/3000-1)
8     Sec. 3000-1. Article short title. This Article 3000 of the
9 ~~the~~Civil Administrative Code of Illinois may be cited as the
10 University of Illinois Exercise of Functions and Duties Law.
