1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5044
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5044 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Financial Institutions Code is amended by
5 adding Section 13.5 as follows:

6     (20 ILCS 1205/13.5 new)
7     Sec. 13.5. Spanish version of Department's website;
8 predatory lending. The Department shall create a version of its
9 website that is in Spanish for pages that contain information
10 about predatory lending.

11     Section 10. The Office of Banks and Real Estate Act is
12 amended by adding Section 6.1 as follows:

13     (20 ILCS 3205/6.1 new)
14     Sec. 6.1. Spanish version of Department's website;
