2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4715 on page 2, line
3 3, by inserting "," after "2004"; and

4 on page 2, line 4, by inserting after "vehicles" the following:
5 ", or to any person engaged in the business of lawful
6 repossession of property who possesses a valid Repossessor-ICC
7 Authorization Card".
