1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4715
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4715 on page 1, by
3 replacing lines 16 and 17 with the following:
4 "key, including a key designed for lock bumping, or a lock pick
5 specifically manufactured or altered for use in"; and

6 on page 1, line 18, by inserting "motor vehicle," after
7 "aircraft,"; and

8 on page 2, line 3, by inserting after "2004" the following:
9 "or to any person engaged in the business of towing vehicles".
