AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4657

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4657, on page 4, line 11, by replacing "(iv)" with "plus an amount determined by the board to be equal to the employer's normal cost of the benefit, plus interest at the actuarially assumed rate, (iv)"; and

on page 4, line 13, by replacing lines 13 through 15 with the following:

"granted under this subdivision (4), and (v) the firefighter applies within 6 months after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 96th General Assembly.".
