1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4323
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4323 on page 3, by
3 replacing lines 7 through 10 with the following:
4 ""School district" means a school district or a Type 40
5 area vocational center or State-designated facility that is
6 jointly owned."; and

7 on page 4, line 7, by replacing "a joint agreement's" with "an
8 area vocational center's or State-designated facility's"; and

9 on page 4, lines 9 and 10, by replacing "a joint agreement"
10 with "an area vocational center or State-designated facility";
11 and

12 on page 5, line 17, by replacing "joint agreement" with "area
13 vocational center or State-designated facility"; and

14 on page 5, line 18, by replacing "joint agreement" with "area
