| AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3986

| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3986 on page 2, line | | 3 |
| 2, after "surveying,", by inserting "landscape architecture,"; | | 4 |

| on page 2, immediately below line 24, by inserting the | | 6 |

| "Landscape architect design professional" means any | | 8 |
| person, sole proprietorship, or entity such as a partnership, | | 9 |
| professional service corporation, or corporation that offers | | 10 |
| services under the Illinois Landscape Architecture Act of | | 11 |
| 1989."; and
