1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3217
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3217, AS AMENDED, by
3 replacing everything after the enacting clause with the
4 following:

5     "Section 5. The Public Utilities Act is amended by changing
6 Section 1-101 as follows:

7     (220 ILCS 5/1-101)  (from Ch. 111 2/3, par. 1-101)
8     Sec. 1-101. Short title. This Act may be cited as the~~the~~
9 Public Utilities Act.
