AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2660

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2660 on page 13, by replacing lines 7 through 11 with the following: "deposit into the Domestic Violence Surveillance Fund. The Circuit Clerk shall retain 10% of such penalty and deposit that percentage into the Circuit Court Clerk Operation and Administrative Fund to cover the costs incurred in administering and enforcing this Section. Such additional".
