AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2660

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2660 on page 9, by replacing lines 20 and 21 with the following: "partner abuse intervention program provider, pretrial service, probation, or parole agency. These agencies shall have access to summaries of the defendant's criminal history, which shall not include victim interviews or information, for the risk evaluation.
