1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2537
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2537 on page 2, line
3 3, by deleting "or"; and

4 on page 2, line 6, by replacing "11-20.1." with "11-20.1; or";
5 and

6 by inserting immediately below line 6 the following:
7         "(3) Any depiction of a nude image that would be
8     protected as free speech under either the First Amendment
9     to the United States Constitution or Article I, Section 4
10     of the Illinois Constitution.".
