2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2537 on page 1, line
3 19, by inserting after the period the following:
4 "This prohibition applies only to the initial dissemination of
5 the video recording, and shall not apply to any subsequent
6 dissemination, storage, or viewing of that image.".
