AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2280

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2280 on page 2, line 
3
2, after "thereto", by inserting ", if the petitioner has 
4
requested such notification on that individual recipient"; and


 
5
on page 5, lines 4 and 5, by replacing "upon becoming law" with 
6
