    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Illinois Public Labor Relations Act is 
5
amended by changing Section 19 as follows:

    Sec. 19. 
Any collective bargaining agreement entered into

prior to the

effective date of this Act shall remain in

full force during its duration.
