    AN ACT concerning transportation.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, 
3
represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Toll Highway Act is amended by changing 
5
Section 9.35 as follows:

    (605 ILCS 10/9.35)

    Sec. 9.35. Expense and Dislocation Allowance. In lieu of 
8
the
the payments
authorized to be paid under this Act, the 
9
Authority may pay any person
displaced from a dwelling, who 
10
elects to accept the payment, an expense
and dislocation 
11
allowance which shall be determined according to a
schedule 
12
established by the Authority.
