1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 1329
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 1329 on page 1, by
3 replacing lines 19 through 22 with the following:
4 "Nothing in this Act shall be construed to prevent a person who
5 is licensed under this Act and functioning as an assistant to a
6 person who is licensed to practice medicine in all of its
7 branches from providing delegated ~~electrology~~ services.".
