2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 923, on page 3, by
3 replacing lines 14 through 16 with "duty. The definition of the
4 term "act of duty" in this subsection (d) is not intended to
5 change the interpretation of an employee's rights under the
6 Public Safety Employee Benefits Act. The term "act of duty" as
7 used in other Articles of".
