3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
4 1, as follows:

5 on page 3, line 10, after "(ii)", by inserting "based upon an
6 assessment of the child's readiness,"; and

7 on page 3, line 22, after "and", by inserting ", based upon an
8 assessment of the child's readiness,"; and

9 on page 4, line 13, after "that", by inserting ", based upon an
10 assessment of the child's readiness,".
