3 on page 1, line 17, after "(ii)", by inserting "based upon an
4 assessment of a child's readiness,"; and

5 on page 2, line 5, after "and", by inserting ", based upon an
6 assessment of a child's readiness,"; and

7 on page 2, line 22, after "that", by inserting ", based upon an
8 assessment of a child's readiness,".
