2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 353 on page 1, by
3 replacing line 5 with "Sections 12-821 and 20-204 as follows:";
4 and

5 on page 2, by inserting below line 12 the following:

6     "(625 ILCS 5/20-204)  (from Ch. 95 1/2, par. 20-204)
7     Sec. 20-204. A county or the ~~The~~ corporate authorities of a
8 municipality may adopt all or any portion of this Illinois
9 Vehicle Code by reference.
