AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4 by replacing everything after the enacting clause with the following:

"Section 5. The State Facilities Closure Act is amended by changing Section 5-1 as follows:

(30 ILCS 608/5-1)

Sec. 5-1. Short title. This Article may be cited as the the State Facilities Closure Act. All references in this Article to "this Act" mean this Article.
