1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2855
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2855 on page 2, by
3 replacing lines 5 through 11 with the following:
4         "(3.5) Electronically communicating directly with
5     another person with the intent to commit a violation of
6     Article 11 or Article 12 of the Criminal Code of 1961 with
7     that person, and when the person initiating the
8     communication is 18 years of age or older and the party
9     communicated with is, or is believed to be, under 18 years
10     of age;".
