1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2562
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2562 by replacing
3 everything after the enacting clause with the following:

4     "Section 5. The Wildlife Code is amended by adding Section
5 2.33c as follows:

6     (520 ILCS 5/2.33c new)
7     Sec. 2.33c. Prohibited permits and licenses. No permit or
8 license may be issued, for the taking with a firearm of
9 wildlife protected under this Code, to any person who does not
10 hold a valid Firearm Owners Identification Card.".
