1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2514
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2514 on page 8, by
3 replacing lines 18 through 23 with the following:
4 "to carry out the provisions of this Act. The Department shall
5 collect a $50 fee for the closed loop contractor's
6 qualification exam. The Water Well and Pump"; and

7 on page 10, by replacing lines 4 through 7 with the following:
8 "The Department shall collect an annual registration fee of
9 $25.

10 Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
11 becoming law.".
