| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2173 by replacing | | 3 |
| everything after the enacting clause with the following:

| is amended by changing Section 6.11 as follows:

| 356z.10, 356z.13 356z.11, and 356z.14
of the

| Code.
