1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1523
2     AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1523, AS AMENDED,
3 immediately below the enacting clause, by inserting the
4 following:

5     "Section 3. House Bill 938 of the 95th General Assembly is
6 amended, if and only if that bill becomes law, by adding
7 Section 99 as follows:

8     (H.B. 938, 95th G.A., Sec. 99 new)
9     Sec. 99. This Act (House Bill 938 of the 95th General
10 Assembly) takes effect on the effective date of this amendatory
11 Act of the 95th General Assembly (Senate Bill 1523 of the 95th
12 General Assembly).".
