2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1428 on page 5, by
3 replacing lines 8 through 10 with the following:
4 "preceding paragraph, is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor for a
5 first violation and a Class 4 felony for a second or subsequent
6 violation; except that if the person".
