2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1257 as follows:

3 on page 3, line 10, after "apply to" by inserting "(i)"; and

4 on page 3, line 13, after "structure" by inserting "or (ii)
5 persons licensed in accordance with the Structural Pest Control
6 Act".
