AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1183

AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1183 as follows:

on page 1, line 21, by replacing "; lease purchase" with "contract; lease purchase agreement; or other agreement"; and

on page 2, by replacing lines 2 through 4 with "may enter into an installment payment contract, or lease purchase agreement, or other agreement with a qualified provider or with a third-party, as authorized by law, for the funding or financing of the purchase and"; and

on page 2, line 13, by replacing "resolution" with "official action resolution"; and

on page 2, line 14, immediately after "governing body." by adding "The authority granted under this Section is in addition to any other authority granted by law.".
