1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1013
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1013 on page 12, by
3 inserting immediately below line 7 the following:
4 "(j) Rulemaking authority to implement this amendatory Act
5 of the 95th General Assembly, if any, is conditioned on the
6 rules being adopted in accordance with all provisions of and
7 procedures and rules implementing the Illinois Administrative
8 Procedure Act; any purported rule not so adopted, for whatever
9 reason, is unauthorized.".
