| AN ACT concerning State government.

| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, | 3 |
| represented in the General Assembly:

| ARTICLE 5. CONVEYANCE TO CITY OF MONMOUTH | 5 |
| Section 5-5. The Adjutant General, on behalf of the State | 6 |
| of Illinois and the Department of Military Affairs, is | 7 |
| authorized to convey by Quitclaim Deed all right, title, and | 8 |
| interest of the State of Illinois and the Department of | 9 |
| Military Affairs in and to the real estate described in Section | 10 |
| 5-10 to the City of Monmouth, subject to the conditions and | 11 |
| restrictions described in Section 5-15. | 12 |
| Section 5-10. The Adjutant General is authorized to convey | 13 |
| the following described real property: | 14 |
| Parcel 1: All of Lot Three (3) in Block
Twenty-Six (26) of | 15 |
| the Old Town Plat of the City of
Monmouth, Illinois.

| Parcel 2: Thirty-eight and sixty-three
hundredths (38.63) | 17 |
| feet off the West end of Lot Four
(4) in Block Twenty-Six (26) | 18 |
| of the Old Town Plat of
the City of Monmouth, Illinois. | 19 |
| Parcel 3: A part of Lot Two (2) of Lot

| subject to any rights to maintain sewers under said premises. | 21 |
| Parcel 5: The West half of the East half of Lot One (1) in | 22 |
| Block Twenty-Six (26) of the Old Town Plat of the City of | 23 |
| Monmouth, Illinois; with perpetual right of ingress and egress |

| for a driveway, as shown by deed dated February 23, 1898 and | 2 |
| recorded in Volume 91, page 497, of the Deed Records of Warren | 3 |
| County, Illinois. | 4 |
| Parcel 6: Lot Four (4) in Block Twenty-Six (26) of the Old | 5 |
| Town Plat of the City of Monmouth, Illinois, except | 6 |
| thirty-eight and sixty-three hundredths (38.63) feet off of the | 7 |
| West end of said Lot 4, and except fifteen (15) feet off of the | 8 |
| North side of said Lot 4, situated in the City of Monmouth, | 9 |
| Warren County, Illinois. | 10 |
| Section 5-15. The Adjutant General shall not convey the | 11 |
| above real property to the City of Monmouth until the Adjutant | 12 |
| General determines that the property is no longer required for | 13 |
| military purposes. In this regard, construction of the new | 14 |
| Readiness Center in Galesburg must be completed, and all | 15 |
| military units with associated equipment must have been | 16 |
| transferred from the armory property described in Section 5-10 | 17 |
| to the new Readiness Center in Galesburg. Conveyance of the | 18 |
| above real property will be in an "as is" condition, subject to | 19 |
| an Historic Preservation Covenant on the armory buildings as | 20 |
| approved by the Illinois Historic Preservation Agency, and the | 21 |
| City of Monmouth will pay all required costs and expenses of | 22 |
| the conveyance, as determined by the Adjutant General. | 23 |
| Section 5-20. The Adjutant General shall obtain a certified |

| copy of this Act from the Secretary of State within 60 days | 2 |
| after its effective date and, upon conveyance of the real | 3 |
| estate described in Section 5-10 being made, shall cause the | 4 |
| certified copy of this Act to be recorded in the office of the | 5 |
| recorder of Warren County, Illinois. | 6 |
| ARTICLE 10. CONVEYANCE TO CITY OF GALESBURG | 7 |
| Section 10-5. The Adjutant General, on behalf of the State | 8 |
| of Illinois and the Department of Military Affairs, is | 9 |
| authorized to convey by Quitclaim Deed all right, title, and | 10 |
| interest of the State of Illinois and the Department of | 11 |
| Military Affairs in and to the real estate described in Section | 12 |
| 10-10 to the City of Galesburg, subject to the conditions and | 13 |
| restrictions described in Section 10-15. | 14 |
| Section 10-10. The Adjutant General is authorized to convey | 15 |
| the following described real property:

| Deed Records; and otherwise described as the North 32 feet of |

| Section 10-15. The Adjutant General shall not convey the | 18 |
| above real property to the City of Galesburg until the Adjutant | 19 |
| General determines that the property is no longer required for | 20 |

| Section 99-99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon | 17 |
| becoming law.
