1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 544
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 544, AS AMENDED,
3 with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
4 1, on page 2, lines 7 and 8, by replacing "a family member"
5 with "an adult~~a~~ family member"; and

6 on page 2, lines 25 and 26, by replacing "a T.D.D. number for
7 the hearing impaired" with "a TTY number for persons who are
8 deaf or hard of hearing~~T.D.D. number for the hearing~~
9 ~~impaired~~"; and

10 on page 4, by replacing lines 7 through 10 with the following:
11 "language according to the Interpreters for the Deaf Act and a
12 list of the languages of the population of the geographical
13 area served by the facility.".
