2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 479 on page 1, in
3 line 7 by replacing "vender" with "vendor"; and

4 on page 1, by inserting below line 19 the following:

5 "This Section does not apply to heating and air
6 conditioning service contracts, plumbing service contracts,
7 and electrical service contracts.".
