| AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 385 on page 8, by |

| deleting lines 9 through 12; and

| on page 16, by replacing lines 8 through 10 with the following: |

| "(2) He or she has earned one of the following from an |

| accredited institution of postsecondary education: |
| 7 |
| (A) a bachelor of science degree; |
| 8 |
| (B) an associate's degree in midwifery; or |
| 9 |
| (C) an associate's degree or higher in nursing.".
