AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 384

    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 384 on page 3, line 
3
6, after the period, by inserting the following:

"During any such hearing, the provider of sewerage service 
5
shall consider the financial ability of the owner to make 
6
immediate full payment and consider the establishment of a 
7
