1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 378
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 378, on page 1,
3 line 14, by replacing "the Department and the Authority" with
4 "the Department, the Authority, and participating counties";
5 and

6 on page 2, below line 20, by inserting the following:
7 "Participating county" means a county with a population of
8 more than 500,000."; and

9 on page 4, lines 13 and 14, by replacing "an airport" with "a
10 new airport".
