1 AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 244
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 244 on page 11,
3 after line 19, by inserting the following:

4 "(a-5) For facilities licensed under the Nursing Home Care
5 Act, no permit shall be denied on the basis of prior operator
6 history, other than for actions specified under item (2), (4),
7 or (5) of Section 3-117 of the Nursing Home Care Act.".
